Born in 1977 in Minsk, Belarus.

In 2000 graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science of the Belarusian State University.

2000 – 2007  Senior Specialist, Second Secretary, First Secretary, Deputy Director of the Department of the Information Technology, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

2007 – 2010     Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Latvia

2010 – 2013     Deputy Director, Director of the Department of the Information Technology, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

2013 – 2016     First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Latvia
