If you need to urgently obtain a visa upon written notification of a serious condition or death of a close relative or family member in the Republic of Belarus on weekends or holidays, a visa is issued at the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Daugavpils by prior agreement by 12-00 by phone  (+371) 26377825.

We draw your attention to the fact that when applying to the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Daugavpils for a visa to the Republic of Belarus, the visa application form must be presented by the applicant only in a completed form.
